Exactlly - or you can just hydrate...a big reason for hangovers is that alcohol removes water from the blood stream thickening the blood and increasing blood pressure. Using aspirin thins the blood and helps. However, adding water early will limit the reduction to the point that you won’t get a hangover to begin with. Even drinking a few glasses of water before you start drinking will reduce the potential for a hangover.

A half-liter of water before bed and mega-B supplements in the morning.

And, tomoato juice to clear the lower half.
