Our Brandywine and Cherokee Purple tomatoes have been wonderful. We will probably be harvesting more until about mid to late October.

Our Branywine and Cherokee Purple did well also this year. Someone on here last winter said they grew them and had success last year in Houston, that caused me to buy them this year as sprouts from Maas garden center south of Houston. I took cuttings from them a week ago and going to try some garage maters this year.

That sounds good. I can usually get a few into mid October or eartly November even, but this year has been a bust for my tomato crop-starting with all the delayed transplanting due to the icky spring weather.
