"A man in Somers, N.Y., hatched a plan to catch the individual responsible for allegedly stealing his pro-gun signs repeatedly from his front yard. He bought a trail cam, set it up near the sign — and then waited....When he learned that his sign had been taken yet again, he was elated because he knew he had finally caught the person responsible on camera.

Assuming the photos are entirely authentic, a police officer with the Somers Police Department appears to have been caught on camera ripping the sign

You forgot: Was there not some innocent driver to be pulled over and fined for not wearing a seatbelt, whose money can be arrested for suspicion of being used in an interrupted drug deal?

This guy is playing this close to the vest...making double sure he was in his rights to post the sign where he did, etc. He knows not to stir up the cops until he has his ducks in a row. Then, if he’s in the right, there will be stirring aplenty, with hornets flying, plenty of wailing and rending of clothes. The NY gun rights organization he’s a part of is whetting their legal stones as we speak.
