I usually support such measures. I think people are happier working whether they realize it or not. Volunteer work could build job skills etc. Now I read this on Drudge and think "Oh. So that's how the Dems will create our Socialist society. Support bills requiring "the poor" to work. Have the government support those who do. Then...make us all poor. Income redistribution."
It’s already happening. In many schools across the nation, requirements for a HS diploma include xx hours of volunteer work.
About time, and anyone on food stamps can get off their ass , do community work , after all the left and bozo loves helping the community as well as Sharpton, Jackson etc.
Also those on food stamps should only fruit and veggies, no more soda’s, chips and other junk food.
