How utterly simplistic. If they didn’t need it they wouldn’t ask for it. How does he expect anyone to take him seriously?

Thats true in some cases, the ones where people are just down on their luck.

In the majority of cases where families have lived on welfare for generations there is an expectation of a gubbermint check.
