A football team in Russia has offered Tim Tebow $1 million to play in two playoff games.
We have offered him $1 million for two games, Moscow Black Storm owner Mikhail Zaltsman told Russia Beyond The Headlines. I talked with him personally and he wanted to go.
Zaltsman wants Tebow to fly to Moscow for the Black Storms semifinal against the Moscow Patriots in the American Football Championship of Russia on Sept. 28 and also play in the final if they advance.
Zaltsman said Tebows agents are urging the quarterback to not play.
Theyre thinking of using him as a motivational speaker, Zaltsman said. They dont want him to play football.
Tebow, the former Heisman Trophy winner at Florida and first-round draft pick of the Denver Broncos, is a free agent after being released by the New England Patriots on Aug. 31.

An opportunity to share God’s Word by example and witnessing in Russia? What’s not to like?

He will be President some day. Might as well get the experience knowing them. He can spread the Gospel while being an Ambassador. We’re not talkin’ Dennis or Hilary Rodman here.

(This is not a statement of fact. It is either opinion or satire; or both.)

Tebow would have to be insane not to jump at this.
To: rickmichaels
I think he should keep the engagement he dropped at First Baptist Dallas, and then decide what he should do.

Exactly...besides, Russia is not bad if you are in the tourist hotels and restaurants. Smoking hot chicks and good food! Just make sure you get paid in USD and not RUR!

He will earn more money playing 2 games in Russia than he would have made if he had made the Patriots team this year. Why not go?

He belongs in Jacksonville, but its Muslim owner doesnt want a religious Christian to be his teams icon.
The real reason that the Jaguars won't sign him is that need a good quarterback. You don't have to look any further than that.

Ugh. Make that "The real reason that the Jaguars won't sign him is that they need a good quarterback. You don't have to look any further than that."
I'm as good a writer as he is a passer, apparently.

President of THIS country?
With the direction this country is taking ... no way. Besides, why would he even WANT to preside over this hot mess?
