There was an FR thread on moose cheese perhaps 7-8 years ago. The article was fascinating, had a bunch of pictures.

It was not mentioned whether or not any of their meese ever bit the manager's sister.

I actually remember that thread (obvious sign of mental illness), but, sadly, that wasn't the one to which I referred. That one was about actual cheese made from moose milk. It cost the earth (and good luck to those who fancy that sort of thing!)

And, just BTW, one chap on the thread you cited, martin_fierro, is one of the cleverest chaps in FR history.
