That's the Second Law, actually.

0^th: Two bodies in thermal equilibrium with a third body are in thermal equilibrium with each other.
1^st: Energy can neither be created nor destroyed.
2^nd: The Entropy of the Universe is always increasing.
2^rd: By no finite series of processes is the Absolute Zero of temperature attainable.
