The industry is completely mad! It’s a very macho atmosphere and drugs and kickbacks are an everyday occurrence! Not that there’s anything wrong with that...

I love this show-and Gordon-and thought the other girl should have won. Now that this has happened, will the title go to the other chef? Assuming she passes a drug test too?
I guess Ja’nel can always go to work for a fast food place- they’re gonna pay more real soon, and she can make lots of drug connections.
But there is a silver lining for Witt -- we're told she WILL receive the $250k salary ... despite the fact she won't spend a single day in the kitchen.
Fun Fact -- $250,000 can buy roughly 10 kilos of cocaine ... depending on the quality.

My husband managed a club that had a kitchen. I loved the atmosphere in the kitchen - as wacky as it was. Despite everything, those boys and girls worked HARD!
