The charge is a felony because the Cassidy has a 2011 conviction for driving under the influence in Florida. He lives in Fort Lauderdale but is staying in upstate New York for a horse racing meet in Saratoga.
The 63-year-old "Partridge Family" star is free on $2,500 bail. He's due in Schodack Town Court on Sept. 4.

I love it too, listen every day. Bill Handel nearly blinded me the other morning. I was applying mascara to my luxurious lashes as he and his gang start discussing the poor man who went to the ER with a fork stuck in his penis from self pleasuring. They just kept pushing the grossness (the fork was all the way in the urethra) and commenting, and groaning, and then bill casually says “too bad the guy wasn’t Chinese. It would have only been a chopstick.” I lost it! And nearly stabbed my own eye!
And I adore Tim Conway Jr. Driving home, it can be hard to make the South Bay curves on the 405 (yes, I am “A Californian.” Lol.) when he starts. He is possibly the funniest man on the planet.
And I’m a rush babe, goes without saying.
Even funnier about the David Cassidy story: the Officer Tom Jones didn’t even know who the singer Tom Jones was! So he didnt even get the funny “what’s new, pussycat?” Line!
He really doesn't look bad normally.
