Thought I’d drop by to check for any posts I hadn’t seen but I’m closing down now.....tired, and I will watch Greta and go to nighty-nite! I’m a little tired tonight....well, I’m tired every night I suppose but am thankful for each day.
May God be with all of us tonight and watch over us. I thank Him for each day as I get older. And am so thankful for a good night’s sleep. I’m so blessed that I always sleep well. I have friends who don’t sleep well and I have sympathy for them. My mom used to have some sleepless nights but it was her headaches. God blessed me without inheriting her headaches. My dad never had headaches either but poor mama has so many. She was a real worrier and I believe it caused her headaches. And she worried about things that didn’t need to be worried about, but we’re all different I suppose.
Nite-nite....sleep well friends! Pleasant dreams to all.
That is great, M.L. I hate to see an animal suffer from those darn worrisome fleas chewing on them!! Hope it continues to work well.
Well, I vacuum her and then go over her with a fine-tooth comb EVERY DAY.
She enjoys it as if it is some kind of chi-chi Spa Treatment.
Next thing you know she’ll be demanding a full-body Dead Sea mud masque and kelp wrap to go with her vacuum massage.
Hot Stones, Lomi-Lomi deep tissue work, and, the latest...., a sugar and sea salt facial with hot towels and new-age music in the background.
And of, course, Special “Chakra” attention.
I tell ya, it’s a DAWG’S life!
Really most sincerely dead ticks are the best ticks!
Yep...they don’t scream when you flush ‘em or anything.
The only problem is, that even though they have SIX pair of ruby red shoes, they are all too tiny for me to wear.
In June 2012, the Waldo Canyon fire destroyed 346 homes in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and burned more than 18,000 acres of mountain forest. The fire was declared 100-percent contained when perimeter lines had been built around the entire area of the blaze. It had been confined to a defined area until it could be fully extinguished. A fire information official warned residents that they might continue to see smoke in the burn area because even though the fire was fully contained it is not controlled and it is not out.
When our world is rocked by tragic events and evil acts, we long for the day when evil will finally be destroyed and God will bring history to a close and fully establish His kingdom. Until that time, however, the Lord gives us His grace to live purposeful lives of faith as we await His coming. In Hebrews 10, we are urged to draw near to God with sincere hearts (v.22); hold fast to the hope we profess (v.23); spur each other on to love and good works (v.24); and continue meeting together for encouragement and so much the more as you see the Day approaching (v.25).
Until the time God extinguishes the fires of evil forever, He gives us His grace and strength to endure the trials of life as we look forward to His return.

Thank you, jaycee..so do I! Yes, he is such a little gentleman.
Al Gore nevah had it so good!
We’ve cooled down some, too, and I’m so glad. I can’t keep the inside right during these hot days! I adjust the thermostat a lot to try to get it comfortable. I wish there was a place on the thermostat that said “comfortable”...LOL!
That might require a thermostat attached to us..LOL
Did you have to mention Al Gore....LOL!!
I think you’re right about that but it may be worth it!
I know. I’m Bad. I’m SORRY! LOL!
