Wow, how much denim is the cast of Austin Stories wearing?! Seriously, the guy on the right can make 15 pairs of skinny jeans from all that denim.

No 90's jean collection would be complete without Francois Girbaud jeans.

I don’t think I have a picture...we didn’t snap pics back then the way we do now.
At least I didn’t. Wearing them was part of being normal.
I do have some showgirl pics though...

I’ll take high waists over being forced to view others’ underwear.

Not particulalrly...my wife absolutely HATES the low “hip huggers” designed by gays that are seemingly the only thing available these days for women. She very much prefers the high-waisted jeans of the 1990s but can’t find them anywhere.

Yes, the low waist can be taken to an extreme.
To: Norm Lenhart
Yeah, that’s true too..the denim fabric they use nowadays is just cheap and thin and doesn’t last more than a month of two with hard usage.

I was just thinking that FR was not the place to be posting nudity.

A thankfully short-lived fad. Used to call those huge pants “ham hiders” because you could hide a ham in them.

Remember AMC Gremlins with Levis upholstery?
Factoid: John Wayne disliked wearing Gremlins.
I mean, blue jeans.

I remember when Timberline were some of the best logger/work boots you could find. I had a par last 5 or so years of hard use. Last I saw they were a Rap fashion accessory and not even making real work boots anymore..
Yup, Carhart is still rugged stuff.
To: GeronL
Yup. The skinny jean muffin top/tramp stamp look is gross. If the waist isn’t armpit high, I’m good with it.
