This was part of Bloomturd’s new “use the stairs” program for health exercising. He expanded it to “flying” in place of elevators.
New York, only these aholes could have a 2nd Degree Homicide, but no 1st Degree Homicide. Guess they weren’t very good at math in school.
However, I hope that these Obama “yuts” get LIFE because they were in a felony criminal conspiracy which resulted in the death of the victim.
I’d prefer that they be shot on the spot after being convicted, but that’s just me.

Looking at the pictures of the roof, I can guarantee you that he did not "fall off". There is a concrete wall at least 3 feet high all around that roof.
He was either "pushed off", or "thrown off", but there is no way he just plain "fell off".
