Any of the local/semi-local West Coast barley wines weighing in at >9% alcohol.
Can’t find Old Crustacean these days - shame.
Dog Fish Head 120 (or even 90) would do nicely if I had to go the the East Coast, and could find the 120. Hop Heaven.
The truly great ones never even made it into long-term memory - a testament to their greatness.
