Was the gun a revolver with rounds already in the chamber?

If I remember correctly, it was a Keltec 9mm.

It was a Kel-Tec PF-9 semi-automatic, locked breech pistol, chambered for the 9mm Luger cartridge. And before anyone asks, there is a debate in the gun community how concealed weapons should be carried whether hot, a round in the chamber or cold where all rounds remain in the magazine. Most experienced people who legally carry will do so with a round in the chamber as it means you are ready to fire immediately should the need arise.

If you need a gun to defend yourself then there had better be a round in the chamber.

It takes two uninjured hands to rack and chamber easily and quickly.

I had this argument with two black gentlemen yesterday.They were claiming the fact of the round being chambered proved Zimmerman planned to shoot Martin.

I asked them repeatedly if they think a police officer carries a gun empty-chambered.Which they didn’t want to answer or hear.

For EVERY black I have heard in person express an opinion it all comes down to “Trayvon was black”.Nothing else truly matters.The more reasonable admit he wasn’t an angel BUT.....

and they keep saying Zimmerman was ORDERED by the police not to follow Martin.

One more point:by referring to Zinnerman and Trayvon,not Zimmerman and Martin, the media and others evoke sympathy for the “child”.

This whole trial is a travesty of injustice.

Punks of all colors should not be casing the neighborhood if they want to remain alive and well.
