Subbing for mylife...
Thanks mate.
I nodded off LOL
That’s the one I bought!
Yello! Yello!
What the heck is going on? *wipes eyes*
No tripod, but I have a small tabletop tripod that I got with another cheap scope that will work for the range.
I have an old Star-D camera tripod that’s a fairly decent one, but it has a 3-way head that’s not easy to use with a spotting scope, so will need to find something better to use for birdwatching and spying on the neighbors... LOL.
That’s a nice one!
NIce.
It’s been 104 and 105 the last 2 days. Today wasn’t so bad, we got rain last night.
Zimmerman got out of his car to look for an address number that he could give to the police, not to follow TM. Dispatcher even asks GM if he can still see TM and then GM says ‘no’ and dispatch asks if he can get to a place where he can see him.
That’s a nice scope, it must be, they sold out of them.
It’s much better than mine, that’s for sure.
No kidding? So how do you like yours?
Any advice on a tripod?
Hey there Meyer.
That sounds so great.
308 is so great.
I am farkin jealous.
I will; thanks. I’ve been thru Gettysburg 3x and Antietam 1x, on tours. The CW History is fascinating.
Here’s another one:
“Lincoln and Lee at Antietam: The Cost of Freedom”, also narrated by Ronald F. Maxwell, director of “Gettysburg” and “Gods and Generals”.

We just had a hugh storm. More to come.
Is it against the law to get out of your car?
Is it against the law to give someone a lookover?
Is it against the law to not listen to what some $12 and hour dispatcher says?
This trial is a joke.
Good evening. Wow; that’s going to be a fun project! Next to .50cal, .308cal is my favorite “reach out and touch someone” round.
Hey gang, I am sorry I nodded off and appreciate that yall filled in, now let me fill you in.
We now sport a 100yd, 200yd,330yd 400yd and 500yd range down here
Steel gongs on the 400 and 500 yard ranges.
I was gonna go there this AM and take pictures and pop a few rounds off but, I was busy chin waggling most of the day.
At any rate the range is looking very nice for the 9th annual TCMS
I WILL do a recon and post pics this 4th July.
W00t!
Howdy, mylife! Welcome back. Try a little cold water on the face and eyes. I forgot to put the “On Tonite’s Show...” content preview up; here it is:
“This Week on Gun Talk Radio”
SAF, A Girl and A Gun
Mandeville, LA Its SAF vs. MAIG, a national shooting league for women, and more, this week on Tom Gresham’s Gun Talk® Radio, the original nationally-syndicated radio talk show about guns and the shooting sports.

Gresham agreed, and went to Second Amendment Foundations Alan Gottlieb (http://www.saf.org) and CCRKBAs Dave Workman (http://www.ccrkba.org/). Together, they filed the requests, and are waiting for the results (http://exm.nr/13aNGSx). SAF also requested that the NY Attorney Generals office investigate the Mayors office and the report that city employees are working on MAIG campaigns (http://exm.nr/10nYkS4). Gottlieb drops by this Sunday to discuss the most recent developments.
Also stopping in this Sunday is Julianna Crowder, President and Co-Founder of A Girl & A Gun Womens Shooting League. Yeah, I love the .308 caliber. Also have a Savage bolt action in .308, but something tells me that it will see very little use once I get tuned in to this Springfield.
I wonder how long it will be before I start looking at match sights and that kind of thing. The options are endless.
I guess I’d probably do best to get it into the new stock and get more familiar and proficient with operating it.
50 cal would be very nice, but it’s a bit pricey. Still, love to give it a try some day.
I was yapping with the brother all day and finally signed off an hour before post time to get ready for the show, then I promptly nodded off LOL
