I've found two suitable cottage/cabin facilities that can accommodate our group for next years TCMS.

Mill Creek Ranch Resort
(available Oct16 weekend)

and

Lake Whitney Marina
(available both weekends)

mylife will look into less known possibilities.

How ‘bout you two try to join us at the 9th Annual Texas Cowboy Memorial Shoot, which is tentatively scheduled for October 2014? The North Texas FReeper Crew (which includes me) is hosting the gig.

Y’all can fly or drive to Dallas-Fort Worth. If you fly, you don’t need to rent a car, unless you just want one. The NTX crew has enough vehicles to make airport runs and provide FReeper shuttle service(s).

Jim, Chris, & Sheila have driven down the past two times. Since the event is in North Texas this time, the driving time from CA is significantly less. Perhaps you could caravan with the Robinsons?

I can comfortably accommodate three people in my house and five in my guesthouse.
