I’ve still got arugula growing, and I got some kale last night that the sign said was from a local farm.
I got a week of major groceries - we’ll still need more milk and stuff - and a pile of school supplies.

Hi! How’s today turning out? Our day is going to be completely different from the planned version. We’re going to make an industrial-sized batch of chicken paprikash (never made it from this cookbook before, but this cookbook hasn’t failed us yet) and can most of it for consumption at a later date, like when we need a TV dinner after a long, hard day.

Yes, I do have a wheat allergy, but it does not seem to be triggered by Dreamfields pastas.
Otherwise, my diet is as you describe. However, I am an *OLD* lady, and my hormones are no longer tip-top.
Losing weight is a terrible struggle for me, and it always has been. I have never met a doctor
who would help me, or even try.
I have had more than one doctor call me a liar when I gave him the food/exercise diary he
requested.
Only one guy grabbed me around the calf and said, “You really DO exercise, don’t you!”
But he was referring me to someone else, not treating me himself.
However, I will never give up.
