Agreed. Nobody will never be able to pull off the way Jack Lord portrayed Steve McGarrett.

We need a gullible, RINO to play Amos. McCain will work. I recommend Christie to play Andy. We’ll have to shade up the whiteys a bit and shove a stogie in Christie’s mouth.

Adventures In Paradise
Was a series about a retired PI who traveled around the South Pacific in a sailing sloop with an eclectic crew and solved mysteries on each island they visited. I would like to see Tom Selleck as the retired PI. Keep the original theme song.

I thought, in keeping with the theme of the show, that it might be one of the girls.

Ah, yes. Hogan’s Hero’s.
Hillary playing Sergeant Schultz. We’d have to stick a moustache on her highass.

The problem with a reboot of Emergency! is that they would make the entire station homos and women.
Absolutely true! John Gage would spend each episode sitting on a waiting list while minorities and women with half his Civil Service score went to the academy.

Lark Rise to Candleford is a recent British version of Little House on the Prairie, worth a watch.

Jason Lee would make a very fine Dr. Johnny Fever, now that you mention it.
Except no modern day radio station actually employs eight people.

Years ago I saw a veteran NYC detective on The Mike Douglas Show discussing TV cop shows.
He said Five-O was the least realistic of them all. Why?
“Because at the end of every episode McGarrett says “Book ‘em, Danno!” And if that really happened Danno would never be on the show. He’d spend all his time in court.”
This guy said the most realistic cop show he’d ever seen was Barney Miller!

Different Strokes. Mr. Drummond played by Donald Trump.
