With some sensible re-writing and modern effects, 1999 would work. Don’t change the external appearances of the Eagles.

Gilligan's Island
Skipper - Bob Beckel
Gilligan - Algore
Professor - John Bolton
Thurston Howell - John Kerry
Mrs. Howell - Barbra Streissand
Ginger - Elisabeth Hasselback
Mary Anne - Angie Harmon
On the first episode, Bolton, Hasselback, and Harmon secede from the island and create a tax-free capitalistic haven where all entrepreneurs come to park their money. The others continue to blame Bush for their plight and work on a scheme where they get to tax the success of the other three.

Yeah, all the other characters are new versions of the old ones. Ed Asner was a stunt which they pulled off quite well. (And I think he was arrested by Steve's father, who was a cop, but not Five-0 because it didn't exist yet).
As for the suits, they made jokes at the beginning of the series because Danny wore a tie because he's a transplant from NJ, where you wear a jacket and tie.

Have Gun, Will Travel, and the star should be Daniel Craig as Paladin. Wire San Francisco.

Good one, Perdogg!
I’d opt for ‘Combat!’ with:
Max Martini (”Dirt Diver” from ‘The Unit’) as Sgt. Saunders.
Jim Caviezel as Lt. Hanley.
Chris Kane (”Eliot” from ‘Leverage’) as Kirby.
Michael Culditz as Little John and
Taylor Kitsch as Caje.
Or go even farther back with ‘Peter Gunn’ with:
Mark Sheppard as Peter Gunn and
Dennis Farina as Detective Lieutenant Jackoby.
