It was a wreck so devastating that at first investigators thought two cars had been involved. The gray Infiniti G35 hit a tree in the center median at a speed that split the car in half. It landed in separate pieces on the road.
The driver, Abdulrahman Alyahyan, did not have a California license, according to DMV spokesman Artemio Armenta.
Alyahyan visited the DMV twice most recently in February and both times was rejected for a learner's permit, the spokesman said
. Alyahyan came from Saudi Arabia four years ago, and was not able to prove he was in the U.S. legally.

Hmmmm...guess I didn’t need to post the link to the story a second time. Sorry. Here it is again live.

Quick! Outlaw guns! Oh, it wasn’t a gun.

Came here when he was 13, at 17 driving a 40K car?
But can’t prove citizenship? Hmm.. wonder what HIS mission is. Or was.
I wonder why he couldn’t prove he was in the US legally.
Exactly. I surfed around and could not find a reference to his parents. With that big expensive car, they obviously had dough and perhaps connections. To what? And to whom?
Wow, DHS is really on top of things, eh?
Sorry, but Butch Napolitano was “on top of something” else.

Whenever an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident or something similar, here’s what I recommend:
What can we do about it? Heres my standard post.
RICO Citizen Recourse
Private persons and entities may initiate civil suits to obtain injunctions and treble damages against enterprises that conspire to or actually violate federal alien smuggling, harboring, or document fraud statutes, under the Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO). The pattern of racketeering activity is defined as commission of two or more of the listed crimes. A RICO enterprise can be any individual legal entity, or a group of individuals who are not a legal entity but are associated in fact, and can include nonprofit associations.
Heres what Ive been pushing: its time to file Racketeering, Influencing, and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) lawsuits.
RICO lawyers could turn it around in a few years and MAKE MONEY at the same time. Im surprised they havent done it already.
In the absence of enforcement, we can get the word out in the meantime that there is money to be made in filing RICO lawsuits against employers who hire illegal aliens like this jerk.
Employers would have no trouble shutting down the border if they could get sued by someone under the RICO statutes for hiring these people in the first place. The next time an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident or somesuch thing, Im going to point out that the victims family might be able to seek compensation from the employer under these statutes in the hopes that it would catch on. If this did catch on, would see such a swift backlash against illegal immigration that no employer would go near these people and theyll all simply want to go back home.
I read in one article that it had been his older brother’s car. Still seems fishy to me.
You can bet Marco Rubio is still working on giving him Amnesty
Did his license plate spell out “Terrorista?”
I agree. I used to say the same thing in articles written in the late 90s/2000s about enviro groups.
No one wants to listen.
He qualified for Obama’s DREAM Act Executive Order and could have gotten a Drivers License in any state.
This guy was also known in the community for being a fast driver..but hey according to those on the left lets give all the illegals drivers licenses, after all what could possibly go wrong/sarc
good plan....but you may have missed a point....most employers of illegals, are new arrivals, and they are hiring their native country men, at discount wages....most are related to the employer.....not just Mexicans, but Indo-Indians, as well....
No one wants to listen.
***There is money on the table.
I do not have the wherewithal to pursue this... it would require me going to lawschool. But there must be some hungry law school student about to graduate who knows that his prospects are bleak? There’s $billions of dollars on this table. There’s got to be someone who simply wants that money. It’s not like lawyers are idealogically pure as the driven snow, is it?
No, I think my plan covers your point. The discovery process in a law investigation (especially RICO) penetrates this. And if it doesn’t, it’s because those guys packed up & went home.
