Wheat! Stop eating it and watch the fat dissolve.
I eat alot of wheat and I’m not fat.
Easily a third of my calories come from wheat. I’m 6’2”, 186 lbs with a 34 inch waist. To each his own.

Almost nobody eats any wheat at all in the Asian Oriental countries, and there is an ever-increasing obesity problem.
Yep. Unless you have untreated thyroid problems it works every time, all the time. I've been wheat-free for several years. Finally convinced my 89 year old mother -- who was increasingly distressed over her weight gain due to inability to exercise [and cravings for cookies and bread] -- to try it.
First two weeks, she lost 8 pounds. I've been leaving out wheat for several decades, off an on, since Atkins came out. I finally realized, through trial and error, that the carbs from most vegetables [potatoes and corn aside] don't hurt at all. But giving up the pasta, pano, and pizza, make skinny possible.
I eat lots of bread, butter and wheat things...weight stays the same...
My observation is most people who are obese are so because they eat far too much .....and too often.
They can’t seem to eat a handful of chips...they eat a good portion of the bag....One slice of pie at a meal..., and late night raid to the fridge for seconds plus milk to wash it down.
Just too much food, too often.. and not enough activity to compensate.
