Should there be class action against IRS by conservative groups?

With the law suit against the IRS for Medical Records, a question arises whether conservative groups should follow suit by filing class action suits.
What if, as a result, we would no longer need Freep-A-Thons.
Or suppose that the NRA would have even more money to spend on TV commercials.
What if the T.E.A. Party would be become a major player in the US Political system...
Certainly, many pro-life groups could use the shot-in-the-arm that money from the IRS might provide.
On the other side, this is contrary to conservative beliefs: government waste, i.e., having to pay out millions of dollars in lawsuits.

The people can understand the IRS thing.
Not so much the Benghazi thing, though it is a big deal.
I’m not going to compare the enormity of the two against each other because you have 4 human lives involved, but
when the IRS systematically shut out conservative political action organizations whilst enabling liberal ones,
they effectively performed a coup on our nation.

You can sue the IRS or individual agents for damages caused by actions that are reckless or that intentionally disregard provisions of the Constitution or tax code in the Tax Court, federal district court or in the United States Court of Federal Claims. And if it's related to a conviction, they can't escape through bankruptcy.

I want a special joint select committee with all the camera's that the Watergate hearings had. I don't want the facts of all of this hidden by a special prosecutor till a report 8 months after everyone has forgotten about it. No chance for the admin to brush things under the rug and be able to say "I can't comment on matters under investigation," etc.
Open live hearings for the duration (prolly 3-6 months I think watergate was)

It’s begins with impeachment by the House and trial and removal by the Senate with the Chief Justice of Supreme Court
