The New Normal has been canceled after one season at NBC.
The semi-autobiographical comedy from Glee's Ryan Murphy and Ali Adler marked Murphy's first half-hour comedy and aired as part of NBC's Tuesday comedy block. Boosted by The Voice, the Justin Bartha-Andrew Rannells starrer about a gay couple starting a family earned a full-season order in October despite early protests from conservative watchdog groups.

I cancelled my brokeback direct tv subscription this year because of all the fagotry.

I know right away when homos are going to take over an episode..check the synopsis of the episode if you see anything with “Couple” usually its a homo couple..even that show “Love It Or List It” has the same garbage pisses me off since both are good shows
I whole slew of useless shows were canceled. I’ll miss Fringe but I already knew it was the last season. A couple shows I wish had did better were “Do no Harm” and “Zero Hour” but alas they didn’t. Now if they could cancel “Glee” and “Modern Family” I’d be gleeful but we are going to be stuck with them for yet another season thanks to the ladies.

TV shows get canceled usually due to:
a) Low viewership; so advertisers aren’t willing to pay;
b) Corporate management, charged to provide ROI to owners.
Same applies to dumping news anchors, etc. (Olbermann, Schultz, Rather, et al).

During last year’s roast of Roseanne Arnold, which Ellen Barkin was a roaster, some of the comics teed off on this show.

Hmmm. By that rationale, MSNBC must be losing money big time! Although I believe Microsoft is no longer part of the network..
I also liked Vegas and Body of Proof, but now I see they've cancelled them too, despite the fact that they both had viewer ratings of 10-11.5 million people each week. Blue Bloods was on right after Vegas on Friday nights. Both shows have the same viewership each week, yet Vegas gets cancelled, and Blue Bloods gets renewed. What the hell?
