The Unfair Prosecution of Jody Arias

With almost no evidence that she committed the crime, Jody Arias was convicted yesterday of Murder in the First Degree.

This travesty, this miscarriage of justice, cannot stand. This woman is clearly NOT GUILTY and has been horribly framed. It was obvious that when defending oneself, one must shoot one's boyfriend, then stab stab him 29 times, then dispose of the gun in the desert.

I feel so sorry for Jody Arias, who has been unfairly railroaded by an uncaring and fairness-free legal system. She has been persecuted by lying and manipulative prosecutors. She is the modern Joan of Arc, being burned at the stake for other people's sins. She is innocent, and actually should be made into the Patron Saint of the Falsely Accused.

Look, she explained it all away anyways. First of all, she wasn't there. Secondly, she opened the door for two ninjas by accident and they killed the the guy. Third, she killed the guy, but it was in self defense. Fourth, she had to kill him in self-defense, after all, he was getting out of the shower stall. It all makes sense!

So call me, maybe? Any gal who shoots their guy then stabs him 30 more times, has the sort of commitment to follow-through I am looking for in a woman.

Dude, I saw an interview with this girl last night. Her elevator certainly doesn't go to the top floor. A "No-last names, four-day-bender, max-out-the-credit-cards Vegas weekend" with her would be something that, when discussed in detail, would inspire awestruck silence among the other guys in the locker room for years to come. I have to admit I feel a bit sorry for this girl...

She met and dated a man who used her then was about to toss her aside. Maybe he was a good guy, I don't know- I am ONLY giving my gut impression from NOT HAVING A TELEVISION and only hearing about 3 minutes of testimony about him.

But he was apparently a “rising star” in some pre-paid something-or-other outfit. These companies always seem to be scumbag companies preying on people who can't afford the real deal.

And I saw a video of him rousing the troops at some conference... Inspiring them to go out and raise more money from poor folks...

There is a remote possibility he was as bad as she said, and I could be (and probably am) talking out of my a$$ (as usual) but I feel bad for women used by guys like that.

I would probably care a lot less if this woman was not SO DAM HOT too...
