She met and dated a man who used her then was about to toss her aside. Maybe he was a good guy, I don't know- I am ONLY giving my gut impression from NOT HAVING A TELEVISION and only hearing about 3 minutes of testimony about him.
But he was apparently a “rising star” in some pre-paid something-or-other outfit. These companies always seem to be scumbag companies preying on people who can't afford the real deal.
And I saw a video of him rousing the troops at some conference... Inspiring them to go out and raise more money from poor folks...
I don't know - but I HATE PEOPLE LIKE THAT
There is a remote possibility he was as bad as she said, and I could be (and probably am) talking out of my a$$ (as usual) but I feel bad for women used by guys like that.
Don't flame me, I am playing devils advocate here. If there was any proof he was an angel and helped feed starving orphans then let me know, I will publicly apologize.
I would probably care a lot less if this woman was not SO DAM HOT too...
The prosecutor himself called the company that Travis worked for a “pyramid scheme”. Supposedly people were buying “legal services” ahead of time but it was all just a pyramid so that new investors could pay off the ones before them.
Of course the company never provided any real legal services when people got in trouble. Jodi herself was also part of the pyramid but it was the Arizona taxpayers who had to pay for her defense.
