The Alabama Democrat Party just submitted a completely different birth certificate than the one that was posted at the White House website in 2011.
Larry Klayman, the plaintiff’s counsel submitted the forgery of Barack Hussein Obama’s birth certificate that was posted to whitehouse.gov on 4-27-2001 (seen below). Fogbow/Jack Ryan obot group produced another bogus one. Still a third birth certificate has been submitted by Alabama Democrats to the Supreme Court.
Remember, this court is being presided over by Chief Justice Roy Moore, who supported Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, when he believed Obama to be a usurper and denied following orders to deploy to Iraq until Obama proved his eligibility as part of keeping his oath (ironically Lakin was not supported by Mr. Oathkeeper Stewart Rhodes). Another justice on the court by the name of Tom Parker will also hear the case. He has stated in a previous case:
“McInnish has attached certain documentation to his mandamus petition, which, if presented to the appropriate forum as part of a proper evidentiary presentation, would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the “short form” and the “long form” birth certificates of President Barack Hussein Obama that have been made public.”
While the Alabama Democrats attacked the merits of the appeal, calling the evidence by McInnish “inadmissible and not worthy of belief,” they also stated “A county sheriff from Arizona is not an ‘official source’ of anything in Alabama.”
But what stands out in their brief is something very new, Barack Hussein Obama’s long form birth certificate that has a different backing, something never before seen. It’s on page 33 in the document below.

And what have you and your ilk done, from the very beginning, to every one of your fellow conservatives who present the many facts that don't agree with your BS claims?
I lost any illusions about who I was dealing with fairly early on, when one of the most prolific birthers here posted that because I disagreed with his BS (and it is absolutely, probably, proven BS) that he would "cheer" if I could be taken out and shot.

Simply not so. Although most likely ineligible to have run for the office, he is, unfortunately, the POTUS, the "Sitting President." If anything is going to get him, failing SCOTUS' interest in the case, it's The Forgery issue.
Even there, he is actually a step removed from the crime. As in "Yeah they are forged. But whodunnit? for whom?" No matter what any court, providing it gets to a court, finds, it remains Congress' prerogative to remove him from office. Unless I miss my guess, we got this guy until 2016.
We simply must hamstring him in '14.

I hope that’s a recent pic of Foggy. He looked just awful the last time I saw him live, when he was in Atlanta. Like he had one foot in the grave & the other on a banana peel. I think what he does is fundamentally/shamefully dishonest, & as vile as anything on the web short of child pornography. Still I wish him no harm personally. There’s an IRS attorney in New Orleans named Mitzi Torri who posts at the Fogbow who worships the crazy bastard named Bill Bryan.
Mitzi sounds like a dog chasing a car. If she ever catches it, she’s going to be at a total loss/quite possibly wish she hadn’t.
I haven’t been to Fofbow in ages. The place is just too creepy for me. However, some years back I went there & poked around. My impression is that most of the Foggers worship Foggy. The old cult of personality thing, w the usual results.
