Police search for man caught looking into child's room
STOCKTON, Calif. (KCRA) Police in Stockton are trying to identify a man caught on a home-surveillance camera peeking into the window of a child's bedroom early Friday morning. Related.
Stockton Officer Joe Silva said a resident heard a noise outside the home, and then spotted the man as he took off on a mountain bike.
Police later reviewed home-surveillance video that captured black-and-white images of the man peering into a window of the house for nearly two minutes.
At times, the man crawls around on his hands and knees to find different vantage points.

what is the matter with people?
Stockton is bankrupt. Ir ias up to the homeowners to defend themselves. Oh wait. It is still California.
FGS! Cover your windows people! Especially on the ground level.........
what is the matter with people?
The Human Being is a corrupt species. We are sinful and evil by nature.
A traditional America that honored God gave a brief glimpse of the Human Being at his/her best. Now that American Traditional Values are being trashed we can witness the decline of the species into our natural state of ignorance, selfishness, violence and depravity.
I am thankful for much...but especially having lived at a time and in a place where mankind reached a relative height of Peace and Prosperity made possible through a respect for God and The American Constitution.
I just hope the house is a gun free zone so no one gets hurt...

LOL
Maybe a can of Silly String and a plastic whistle will help!
If it was in Lodi, ten miles north, Silly String is illegal. Good thing it's Stockton.

****
You’re kidding. I didn’t know Silly String was illegal. Learn something everyday. Is that a liberal town?
No kidding. It’s only common sense.
When i was a deputy sheriff ..... Stopped a guy one night that had a scanner that picked up video from wireless security cameras ..... Looking inside peoples homes from the curb. Baby monitors, interior and exterior wireless cams etc ...
Regarding this peeping pervert....That would have been a great place for a scarecrow sprinkler....

The scarecrow sprinklers were made to keep critters out of gardens and flower beds.... We use em around the house where people or critters have no business being.
Stay safe ...
Not really a liberal town; lots of old vine zinfandel grapes and wine. Just don't get stuck there. It's actually a very nice, small town trying to avoid the influence of nearby Stockton.
I understand the reason it was banned had something to do with the silly string being used in crime. The sprayed string would detect the invisible beams from security systems.

I never knew that. That is interesting. I just thought it was another idiot liberal idea.
I was misinformed. The silly string was banned because it was being directed at Shriners during the Grape Festival parade and was ruining their costumes.
It is used overseas by the military to spray through an open door to detect tripwires.
My apologies. Lodi still is a nice town, though.
A couple of big dogs would have never let this happen.
They probably would have shot the dogs, and maybe hit a kid or two in the process.............
It would be a LOT easier to ID the guy in Arizona or Texas.
“He’s the one with five, fresh, golf-ball sized holes in him, officer. I reckon he’s feeling a might poorly.”
