By the looks of it, I’m guessing Starsky didn’t do his slide across the hood of the Torino one more time for old time’s sake...

Only Kojak could make an old Buick look cool.

Both of them look like their chests dropped down to their waists. Pretty must inevitable by the time one is 70.

Is the Torino going to have handicap plates and a backup beeper?

Starsky and Hutch was a favorite in our household.

Of course, there was one episode where a homeless bum referred to them as Starpy and Huck, so we refer to them that way more often than not.

We were deeply saddened to learn of Glaser's wife contracting AIDS through a blood transfusion.

And most deeply saddened when, for purely political reasons, Paul Michael Glaser refused/returned a donation in honor of his wife for AIDS research from President and Mrs. Reagan.

What about Kojak's Buick Century.

That Kojak TV show cost me a pair of shoes and some sore feet once. Was visiting New York City for the first time. We parked in the WTC basement. Took the subway up to the Empire State building area. Well it was getting a little late in the evening and we had a mixed crowd. A corn raised lad from Iowa, a South African, an Englishmen who was ex-military and an Indian from England. This was all our first time in New York city.

Well the ex-military Englishman refused to ride in the subway back. He said he had watched Kojak and he knows what happens in the NY subways at night. So we had to walk the whole way. From the Empire State building to the WTC.

At least I got to appreciate just how big those WTC buildings were. Think it took us close to 4 hours.
