If patriots really want to fight corrupt federal judges who usurp state legislative powers, it would be a good idea if they got themselves up to speed on the federal government's constitutionally limited powers. In fact, the Founding States made the 10th Amendment to clarify that, since the states have never amended the Constitution to grant Congress the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for things like public healthcare, government power to regulate such issues are automatically reserved uniquely to the states.

Here's some official clarifications about unique state power to regulate healthcare from justices who actually protected the Constitution that they swore to defend.

"State inspection laws, health laws, and laws for regulating the internal commerce of a State, and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c. are not within the power granted to Congress (emphasis added)." --Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

"Inspection laws, quarantine laws, health laws of every description (emphasis added), as well as laws for regulating the internal commerce of a state and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c., are component parts of this mass." --Justice Barbour, New York v. Miln, 1837.
