In an extreme survival situation where the appropriate amount of ammunition for the type of firearm youre carrying cant necessarily be guaranteed, what would you do? Carry multiple types of firearms to increase your chances of coming across ammo you can use? You could do that, or you could have an adapter system that comes in a handy pouch that allows one 12-gauge shotgun to take 11 different types of ammunition.

Solution in search of a problem. Takedown rifles were very popular an common in the first half of the last century. I have a Savage 99 takedown in .300 Savage (between .30-30 and .308) made in 1939 that is deadly accurate to 200 yards with iron sights.

Holy crap!!! I’ve not seen that knucklehead before - thanks for the link. It is amazing how many people are willing to look down the barrel when they get a misfire - it never ends well, that guy was very fortunate!
A guy that works at my local range likes to ridicule some of the weekend ninjas that show up from time to time - you can always tell when he starts to talk really slow, drawing out his words and states “Keep your booger hook off the bang button........”
