Jenna Wolfe, NBC's "Today" weekend anchor, came out as a lesbian on the air this morning. She also announced she is pregnant:

The Wednesday announcement coincides with a People magazine spread with more details. "I don’t want to bring my daughter into a world where I’m not comfortable telling everyone who I am and who her mother is," Wolfe told People.

Count on the homosxuality rate exploding in this country. Now that it is cool and hip and all.
I agree and that is really the point of my post. It seems however that there are media types and others who seem to give a figurative parade in honor of these announcements...lots of congratulatory support.
Should homosexual marriage become the law of the land ( as I suspect it will be) I predict a giant letdown and perhaps even depression among gays as they will no longer get the attention their “special” status currently enjoys.

Not only will her child be raised by a daycare worker and not her, this child will be denied a father and raised by a female who despises men. Hard core career females who get artificially inseminated, knowing they won't spend much time with their child due to their career, and knowing their child won't have a father.. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD FOR GIVING THIS CHILD A NORMAL FAMILY LIFE HERE.. NONE WHATSOEVER. This is the height of selfishness on her part and a SAD COMMENTARY of America's cultural demise.

I’m not sure what the proper response is to this.
“You’re going to hell” seems a little much, even if it’s likely.
“Congratulations” might or might not be appropriate as regards the baby, but not really for her sexual choices.
“You go girl” is probably culturally correct, but doesn’t mean anything.
“Thank you for sharing” is disingenuous.
“Golly, Gee! Who would have ever guessed?” is probably along the lines of what she’s after.
“OMG, I’m so overwhelmed by the announcement that I am now in favor of overturning all forms of traditional sexual morality, thank you for reforming me with your courageous announcement” is probably exactly what she’s after.
Or, “Okay, we’re all looking. Happy now?”
All the main stream media these days is “a report of current events prioritized and seen through the eyes of radical homosexuals”
The homosexuality rate is exploding in America because children no longer have fathers in the home. A boy’s father figure is his mother.. A girl’s father figure is her mother. What an F’ed up mess. Effeminate, emasculated boys is the NORM now. Sickening.
