Jenna Wolfe, NBC's "Today" weekend anchor, came out as a lesbian on the air this morning. She also announced she is pregnant:

The Wednesday announcement coincides with a People magazine spread with more details. "I don’t want to bring my daughter into a world where I’m not comfortable telling everyone who I am and who her mother is," Wolfe told People.

One thing I've never understood, and forgive my ignorance of all this homo business, but how do lesbians play (how can I put this) pitcher and catcher? I mean, it's not like they have the necessary equipment to play pitcher with.
