Assaulted by a minivan driving lib (vanity)

On the way to pick up the kids from school today, I was verbally assaulted by an unhinged libtard in a beat-up mom-mobile (minivan). I was stopped in front of the Middle School (the crossing guards had traffic stopped for the buses) and this clown drives up on my right side and motions for me to put my window down. I assumed he was going to tell me I had a low tire or something similar, but instead he launched into this profanity laced rant about my Romney/Ryan 2012 election bumper sticker (no, I haven't removed it yet). He informed me that I was “a stupid, right-wing C*** who was too stupid to know that Obama won by a majority vote and that I, and all the rest of the loser teabaggers could just go to hell, because, you stupid B****, we won!” And to further emphasize his superior intellect and I suppose to impress upon me his voting superiority, he gunned his motor, squealed his tires, and left me behind in a cloud of tire fumes. That’s right, he stomped his accelerator and sped off.

In a school zone.

Right into the waiting arms of a cop.

I do so love the law of unintended consequences.

The combination of a torquey V6 and front-wheel drive actually makes it rather easy to burn rubber in a minivan. :)

Hate to admit our family owns a minivan, however it's not terribly hard for our 3.5 Liter V-6 Honda Oddyssey Touring Mini-Van to smoke the front tires. It's quite a torqu-ey little motor.

I hope you assisted the nice officer in pointing out that this was clearly and example of road rage and asked hime to add 'assault' to the charges.

My story is almost exactly the opposite. I have an autographed picture of Ronald Reagan which I received from his hand after working at a campaign stop for him back in 1976 in Texas. That picture hangs proudly in my office and none of the civil service employee union reps will even come in to my office because of that (and they've told me as much). Who knew that the vermin would stay out of my office simply because of a picture on my wall.

I'm thinking of seeing if it will also work on four- and multi-legged vermin out on the farm ...

In the Fall of ‘08, I noticed a woman in a minivan too (UGH!) stranded on the side of the road. I actually thought of stopping and helping (which is very unlike me). Then I noticed the Obama-Biden ‘08 bumper sticker.

I had slowed down to peruse the situation, but upon seeing the sticker, I just drove by and did not stop.

See, I love to discuss issues with True Believers who are studied.

They are an informed constructed logic, backed by emotions they are trying to justify with contrivances.

Very different than those who are emotion based and look for easy answers to justify to their position and their fall back is never any better than an adolescent outburst.
