On the way to pick up the kids from school today, I was verbally assaulted by an unhinged libtard in a beat-up mom-mobile (minivan). I was stopped in front of the Middle School (the crossing guards had traffic stopped for the buses) and this clown drives up on my right side and motions for me to put my window down. I assumed he was going to tell me I had a low tire or something similar, but instead he launched into this profanity laced rant about my Romney/Ryan 2012 election bumper sticker (no, I haven't removed it yet). He informed me that I was “a stupid, right-wing C*** who was too stupid to know that Obama won by a majority vote and that I, and all the rest of the loser teabaggers could just go to hell, because, you stupid B****, we won!” And to further emphasize his superior intellect and I suppose to impress upon me his voting superiority, he gunned his motor, squealed his tires, and left me behind in a cloud of tire fumes. That’s right, he stomped his accelerator and sped off.
In a school zone.
Right into the waiting arms of a cop.
I do so love the law of unintended consequences.

Can’t blame you really. The thing is that they do this crap rightly thinking that we will never retaliate. Legally or otherwise. So they just push it farther. And piece by piece, that’s how we got here. We all turned the other cheek when we should not have.

I wasn’t at my kids school, I have to pass this school on the way to mine. I was on a 4 lane road that runs in front of the middle school.
An old friend of mine was in a freeway traffic jam with someone behind that kept launching the car righ up to his bumper and had passed several cars on the shoulder and squeezed back in. My friend was a little guy with a quick mind and short temper. He noticed traffic was breaking and decided to slip it into reverse and bashed the lights out of the jerk behind before accelerating into cleared freeway. The guy now goes into a full blown rage and starts chasing my friend. Now he is afraid of getting butt kicked but as I said, he has a quick wit. After several miles he proceeded to exit freeway to police station. The jerk was still in a rage and followed him in expecting satisfaction. Friend tells police this guy ran into him on freeway and went berserk following him.... Said he was just scared , no harm to his truck and did not want to press any charges. This fully enraged the jerk to where the cops said they would hold the man for a little while so he could get home.
True story.

I laughed my a** off sitting here at the PC!... and then thought, hm, this foul-mouhted idiot knows what school your kids go to and therefore that you’ll probably be there picking them up in the future. If he’s unhinged enough to act like he did, he could be ... an issue. I’d suggest you go ahead and file a complaint, not because anything will be done about it, but because it will lay the groundwork for you with the law if he does try to come after you later in some way.

If you turn off the traction control, my wife's RAV4 will smoke 'em. She originally thought I should go with the 4-cylinder but has come to love the way it "merges real good".
Our “Sore/Loserman” sticker did that to a pair of nancy boys on I95 Thanksgiving of 2000. We laughed our butts off, playing tag with them for about ten miles. They steamed while we laughed...
The LVPD patrols our street on a regular basis. We have had a lot of vandalism the past two weeks (spring break) and I should put a video recorder up to let them see the number of times the PD barely slows down for the STOP sign on the corner.
Not my kids school. This was in front of the local public school, my kids go to a private school.

I had a liberal moron do something similar years ago. After pulling up alongside me on the road a flipping me off, he decided he didn’t want to play bumper cars with my SUV and fell back about 50 yards and stayed there even at red lights.
They’re real brave until you up the stakes.
