He’s got a video where he prepares a chicken dish that is out of this world ... wrote down the ingredients and it’s become a favorite. I tried to find the video again but didn’t have any luck.

What I learned from Justin:
- When you add an ingredient, stir.
- After using your hands to mix in hot peppers, immediately wash your hands.
- Cook only with wine that you would also drink.
- Always wear both a belt and suspenders.

I actually met Justin in person. I found him to be quite humble and kind hearted. Very nice guy, pleasant to converse with.
