The Left, everywhere, is shocked. It’s shocking. It’s really, really so terribly shocking. And appalling and disgusting. That in these times, here in the year of our deity (or no deity because that, too, is a valid life-path) 2013, terrible, misogynistic men like Steven Crowder still exist.
This man-beast, this throwback to an unenlightened age, when women were forced to stay home and vacuum in high heels and pearls, clearly hates women, probably because he wasn’t breastfed hard enough. Steven Crowder is asked to speak at clandestine cabals like the Conservative Political Action Conference. And he stands up and he opens his vile mouth, and he says this:
This just in, Ashley Judd just tweeted that purchasing apple products is akin to rape… from her iPhone… Rape? Really, now she knows what my mind felt like after Divine Secrets of [the] Ya Ya Sisterhood.
Satan – I mean Steven – Crowder, also said, “What is this obsession with Ashley Judd and rape? It’s pretty unnerving.” This is extremely insensitive because Ashley Judd was sexually abused as a child. That means that she is allowed to be dismissive of the horror of rape by comparing it to things like iPhones and mining. We, however, are not. Unless you, too, were sexually abused. Then you can get written permission from Ashley and it’s okay to compare things to rape that totally aren’t.
Let me just recap, okay? I need to make sure you know the rules:
Ashley Judd makes comments that minimize the atrocity of rape, such as comparing it to Apple or mining: okay
Steven Crowder makes joke about the fact that Ashley Judd has minimized the atrocity of rape: not okay
Remember, Ashley Judd is a sexual abuse victim. She is also very famous, pretty, and loud. She has lots of money and she’s running for Senate against an evil, by which I mean Republican, man, Mitch McConnell. She also bravely supports abortion. I’m very glad Steven Crowder didn’t point out the irony of a victim of sexual abuse supporting a procedure which is often to used to help perpetrators cover up the results of their abuse, i.e. babies. That would have been extremely mean and inappropriate.
In all seriousness, this horrifying rape-related joke about Ashley Judd? It didn’t happen. Watch the video yourself.
We live in a sick time, when a woman downplays the severity of rape, gets called out on it by a dude, and that dude gets slammed in the media for mentioning her name and rape in the same sentence. However, you could make actual jokes about Sarah Palin getting actually raped, and the same websites that are pretending to be horrified by Steven Crowder would probably put you on staff, or at least call you “brave” and “subversive.”
Ashley Judd is challenging a prominent Republican for a Senate seat, so the media is on the job. They’re going to help her get elected, and Steven Crowder is just one of many who will have straw spun into gold by HuffPo, et. al., to boost her campaign. This is a great opportunity for them to make Ashley Judd to look like a victim rather than the shrill, narcissistic ideologue she is.
Well, if she ever does get elected to anything, I hope she’ll wear panties to her inauguration.

Some high school guys in Steubenville, OH just acted out everything that leftist/pro-abortion politicians, the media, and the sex-ed, “safe sex” mantra has told them from day one: they are animals who cannot control their urges, and society needs to make sure they can “safely” do whatever their urges tell them to do, without consequence. They repeatedly gang-raped and sodomized a girl who was unconscious and laughingly bragged about it on video.
And the leftist media defends these guys. The decent, Christian public says that even if the girl was a slut it doesn’t justify raping her. Interestingly enough, it was “anonymous” hackers who gathered the evidence exposing the steamy corruption in that city, that bred such arrogant confidence that crimes would continue to go unpunished forever (especially since the police chief and sheriff are both seemingly implicated in an illegal gambling extortion ring).
So which of these groups “despises women”?
Juanita Broaddrick was a Clinton volunteer who has noted who really has a war against women, as she experienced the attacks of not only Bill Clinton who she claims raped her (including biting her lip and telling her as a parting shot, “You better put some ice on that”) but also the leftists who defend Clinton and attack the women who say he has sexually assaulted them. Just look at the different reaction when a R is caught (or even just accused, ala Herman Cain) of having a consentual affair, versus when a dem is caught or accused of rape. Which group of people is serious about men not cheating on spouses or “taking advantage” of women?
When the rubber hits the road (when an actual rape occurs) the media/leftists who say people can’t control their urges actually live by that creed and say whatever lie or argument is convenient to their “cause”. The people of principle stand with the victims, regardless of who the perpetrator was.
What is Sandra Fluke saying about the Steubenville rape case, I wonder... That a condom or an abortion would make everything all better, and it’s the terrible Christians who try to “cramp the style” of these high school guys and gals who choose to party because that’s what kids do, after all?

Naomi is the mother. Wynonna is the older daughter; she’s a country music performer and had a terrific voice, although she may have lost it due to hard living. Ashley is the younger daughter; she’s an actress who was in an episode of “Star Trek: The Next Generation,” among other things. She married a race-car driver, but I think I read that they are divorcing.
If Judd gets elected, that means Tennessee will have three senators and Kentucky just one. According to the Constitution, no state can be deprived of its equal representation in the Senate without its consent—but I guess if Kentucky voters are stupid enough to elect her, the state has given its consent.
