Sunday evening's episode of the History Channel's hit series 'The Bible' threw up an awkward coincidence when viewers noticed that Satan bore a remarkable resemblance to President Obama.
Twitter exploded into life during the airing of the latest edition of the Mark Burnett-produced series with most noting the striking similarities between the 44th President and the devil played by actor Mehdi Ouzaani.
The show has been a surprise hit in the ratings, with the religious mini-series attracting 13.1 million viewers on Wednesday - topping television leviathan American Idol's 12.8 million viewers on Wednesday.

Interesting photo. I'm guessing the white people marching with Obama's head on a stick wouldn't be considered kosher.
This is exactly the kind of thing, Satan looks like obama or obama lookalike cast as Satan, that will make some people tune in and, hopefully, get the message or at least be exposed to it.

It is sort of funny although i doubt if it was planed to be the image of Obama.
There is nothing in the Bible to describe what the devil may look like even if he would have a human image.
I really do resent people coming up with an image of satan because my sister always swore that i looked like the devil.
Obama offers citizens all they need, if only they will worship him and his government, and deny their faith in God.
I watched and I didn’t notice any resemblence...however I’m surre thst obama bears a strong resemblence to the real devil.
I am sort of with you on that, but last night I also thought about how the Middle East is still really that violent.

I am a little surprised at how violent the program is. Especially when the Angels come down to Sodom to destroy the city. Or perhaps the violence doesn’t come across to me when I read the verses. Scary to see a Vengeful God. Hope I never see Him like that.
So much Bible history is read in Sunday school in the same manner that Alice in wonderland or jack and the beanstalk would be read, so it is easy to see why many people do not take it serious.
According to the Bible those people in Sodom were killed.
We either believe in God or we don,t regardless of what his attitude is.
God does not ask for our approval nor does he need it.
