I got the opportunity to watch it, and it has its strong points and its weak points.
The value in watching it is that it provides for an opportunity to
talk to others about the Bible, which they may know nothing about.
Boycotting it because you don’t think its accurate enough proves and accomplishes nothing.

Downey is most well known for starring in the Touched by an Angel tv series (1994-2003). They are husband and wife. Being the producer allowed Downey to cast herself as Mary mother of Jesus in the series.
