The idea of a Dorito taco is so obvious, I'm surprised that it took so long. Aren't Doritos and Taco Bell owned by the same company? Seems like a big, "duh."
Anyway, when I heard about it last year, I knew it would be a hit, but not this big. I still haven't tried it. Not many Taco Bells in New England. Sigh.

I prefer the weather gal on Fox. Yikes!
Although I fail to see what this has to do with Tacos. Or Doritos...

I don’t think I would eat anything from Taco Bell. In Texas we are blessed with too many other options.

Or “Alpo Bell” for that matter...

Yo quiero Lorena Garcia...The other day I went to a Taco Bell for the first time in quite a while... And I tried one of those "Cool Ranch Doritos Taco Supremes," and well as one of Lorena's "Cantina Steak Burritos." The taco wasn't bad, but the burrito... I just wasn't sure, and I only ate about half of it. After about a half hour I started feeling nauseated and it felt like I had eaten a boat anchor. Not a good experience. Mark

I’m not a big Taco Bell eater (not a big fast food eater at all, really). But someone brought a box of these into the office and I tried one, they are actually pretty good, much better than Taco Bell’s regular crunchy taco which I always found bland.

I tried one of these tacos not long ago ... my kid wanted one and I took a bite of it. One of the most disgusting things I’ve ever tasted.
Taco Bell is horrible.

In 1967, Taco Bell’s radio advertisements suggested a way to remember the eatery’s name: when you think of bells, think of tacos—i. e. The Tacos of St.Mary, The Serenade of the Tacos, the Liberty Taco, and Harry Tacofonte.

Just what I did not need.
A crappy taco that makes my fingers orange.

If I must eat a fast food taco, it is Taco Casa.

Heh, the day I go within 50 feet of a Taco Bell, maybe... but probably won't happen in
this century.
Funny thing is, my daughters dear friend is Mexicana. Their family eat there all the time and take her along often. I'd take it as an endorsement.

I wouldn’t kick her out of bed for eating tortilla chips. Unless she wouldn’t share them. :)

We are similarly blessed in California.

“Del Taco is still better.”
Back in my college days, Del Taco was our go-to source of grub after a long night of drinking. I’m not sure I’ve ever eaten there while sober.
