Obama seems to thimk that his purview over matters in the USA is much larger than the Constitution allows.

Purview
Purview is what my cat sees. If you say that would be purrview...my cat doesn’t really put his heart into it so he never really purrs or meows, it’s just a slightly squinted indifferent gaze, a truncated pur, a wheezy me, me, and a quiet ow as he walks away.
He does have one good quality.....he ain’t twins.
