I don’t think these scientists have a clue what is happening or which direction it is heading.

“Volcanoes have more impact on earth’s climate than previously thought, scientists at the University of Colorado have found.” I am astounded that this is even printed; a breathtaking display of ignorance of basic science I knew when I was in 7th grade. Even then, I knew that but for volcanoes, we wouldn’t even HAVE climate, as there would be no atmosphere. So would they effect climate more than man?

Duh....

Cooling?????

I thought that Big Al said that the Earth was into global warming? Well, since he made a couple of hundred million on the warming side, maybe he's looking to cash in on the cooling effort too?

Now I know why the US has been known as a 'melting pot'! No where on Earth can so many screwed up people coexist and prosper......

Colder and cloudier due to increased volcanism, forest fires, etc., which may or may not be some result of the magnetic axis being so far off (near Russia a while back, haven’t check it, lately). I wonder how long it will go on.

“The researchers came across the finding as they looked for reasons our planet has not heated up as much as expected.”

So the lack of heating was completely unexpected???

Surely their all encompassing, brilliant climate models would have automatically factored such things in (sarcasm off).

The mainstream explanation was that the development in Asia (China and India, essentially) – where the industrial sulfur dioxide emissions increased 60 percent from 2000 to 2010, mainly driven by coal burning – was behind the cooling of Earth.

Wait, that can't be! The Lord High Obama and His Diminutive Sidekick, Blooming Moron have shown me that we need to get rid of coal electric generation cause it's going to cause Global Warming!

Volcanoes have always been the culprit.

95% of all CO2 comes from volcanoes, only 5% from human activities.

It goes without saying, even the harshest CO2-reduction plan would only reduce a fraction of that 5% - in other words, practically no effect on overall levels.

Remember this, the next time Big Media or your gullible relatives start demanding that humans reduce their “carbon footprint”.

Volcanoes aren’t reducing theirs.

I simply can not take what they say seriously, when they are wrong they come up with something else that can not be proven.

First they blame man for warming and then for cooling.

I have to wonder what the weather was like and how many drastic changes there were back before man came to be on this planet.

I doubt very much if man could have even survived here then and there will come a time that man will again not be able to survive.

And if there had never been a man here it would still go the same route.

In a just world, this article would be the death knell for man-made Global Warming hysteria.
