En contacto con CNN Chile, el ex embajador de Panamá ante la OEA, Guillermo Cochez, afirmó que desde el 30 de diciembre pasado el presidente Chávez fue declarado con muerte cerebral en Cuba, con lo cual regresó a Venezuela en ese estado. Por esta razón, asegura que no fue visitado por los distintos mandatarios y cuestionó la última fotografía que fue publicada de Chávez con sus hijas.

They cite the picture of Chavez with his daughters as “proof” that he is alive, but the picture itself raises questions — why are the daughters looking at the paper instead of Chavez? Also it looks like he is lying down and his eyes are closed, not looking at the paper and we can’t tell who is really holding the paper — the daughter could be holding his hand up behind the paper.
He may or may not be already dead, but it’s that he doesn’t have long.
The real question is whether his successor will really continue his policies or not.

That's the wonderful health care system in Cuba for ya. He should have come to the US for treatment.
Of course, our health care system won't be much better after a couple of years of Obamacare.

How many reports did we get from North Korea regarding Kim Jong Il being dead before he really did croak?
And lets not forget the many MANY official reports from years ago that Fidel Castro had died. And that somebeetch still has not had the good graces to make good on that report.
