The National Weather Service is issuing blizzard warnings as winter storm Nemo barrels toward the Northeast, bringing with it 50 mph winds and an estimated 10-14 inches of snow. Up to three feet of snow is expected in some areas in between costal Maine and northern New Jersey. And those predictions are cancelling flights across the country.
Michael Oppenheimer, a climate change expert at Princeton University, said global warming is increasing extreme winter storms.
Why did the left change the term global warming to climate change? Guess they got tired of holding global warming protests during snowstorms.
Global Warming dicktators predicts that global warming will soon be positioned as a threat to Nemo, the baby clownfish in the 2003 Pixar movie Finding Nemo. Don't tell them

I am getting ready to hunker down. Let me know when I can come out of my New England bunker.
This is normal here, it’s just that it hasn’t been lately. GW has been proven b.s. It’s now actually cooling and people better pray it doesn’t get worse.
1 hour from now
26 inches so far at 9 AM, about 20 miles west of Boston. About half of it came after midnight.
We're all hoping he doesn't leave us a present. 8-P
Reporting from Worcester, MA.
Thanks to Climate Change, we only got a foot here in No. New Jersey. With GW, it might have been as little as 12 inches!
Pathetic. Now they’re naming SNOW. ANd there’s never been a blizzard in the Northeast...nope, snow in N.Y. and New England is freakish!
Isn’t it fascinating that the media-and the populace-avidly embraces the idea of being victims of overwhelming forces of nature, yet refuses to see the danger of Islam because the concept of millions of enemy is too big? Feeling helpless against weather is ok, feeling helpless against Islam isn’t.
Thuderstorms and strong weather fronts will be named soon, they’ll do tornadoes too; but that will have to be after the fact unless they are on the ground long enough to be designated “ Thomaso the Tornado”. This would all be very entertaining if it weren’t so pathetic.
It wasn’t long ago when RFK Jr. was saying the days of sledding in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic were over forever.
I’m up in Rutland. I have two Great Pyrennes and they LOVE this stuff!
In 1978, the Blizzard of ‘78 in NE was the coming of the next ice age.
In 2013, the Blizzard of ‘13 in NE ‘is now’ glowball warming
LOL
8-) I have a mutt who's all bark and and a snow puss ;-)
Used to have a malamute who LOVED the snow. It was the only time of the year when she would smile. She'd just lie down in the snow and soak it in. Had a golden retriever at the same time, and the webbing in his paws would get gummed up. He spent all his time trying to clean his paws.
and aren’t we all still waiting for the next Al Gore press conference? he needs to explain this to the world.
Yeah, they’ll roll around in it and get playful with each other in it like two puppies.
They can get snow balls in their paws as well but it’s usually with the wet snow, which thank God we didn’t get here. Lot’s of fluff and easy to plow with my ATV, but man is it high and it just takes time.
31 inches here in Conn. Finally stopped about 10 minutes ago.
35-36 inches in North Haven, CT. Beats our record of 30 inches from 2010. Glad I still have my roof rake from then.
Sun’s out now and it ain’t looking pretty.
Wow, awesome!
When did they start naming snowstorms?
