Now, what really IS impressive how Intel and a systems integrator actually produced a machine over 7 years ago to do what Animusic faked, and in only 3 months time. American exceptionalism at work!

That's still fairly fake. They have the balls flying around, but the balls aren't actually playing anything. All the "instruments" are bits of plastic. It's still a cool bit of engineering, but the original concept was pretty imaginative as well, rendered beautifully with computer graphics.

Thanks for posting...I haven’t seen an Animusic in years...had forgotten all about them. The creator has the most wonderful imagination and ability to render things he conceives! Music is great, too.
