Everyone's buzzing about Frank Ocean, Taylor Swift, and Mumford & Sons, but did you know that Michelle Obama and Bill Clinton are also nominated for Grammys this year.
They're nominated in the often-overlooked Spoken Word category, which honors poetry, audio books, and other forms of audio storytelling. Michelle Obama, along with producers Scott Crewell and Dan Zitt, are nominated for the audio recording of her first audio book, American Grown: The Story of the White House Kitchen Garden and Gardens Across America.
"With one nomination," points out the Huffington Post's Julie Miller, "the First Lady has already out-Grammy-ied Justin Bieber and One Direction," who did not receive any nominations this year, much to the dismay of their fans...

***HURL!***
Propaganda 101.
If there is a difference between this, Bronco’s Nobel and Korea’s Lil’Kim Golf prowess (the 15+ holes in one thing) I’d like someone to explain what it is.
This is really no different than Hollywood telling people Paris Hilton was some beautiful sex goddess. All designed to socially program an agenda.
HUH, WTF for crying out loud will this crap ever end and will the media ever wake the hell up
And Obama gets a Grammy for best reading from a teleprompter.
As the article mentions, Barack already has a Grammy - 2008 “The Audacity of Hope”.
Thank God the Grammys said no boobs butts and such this year
Hell. Even Stalin didn’t try to claim the title of the greatest artist among his many “greatest” titles. The next thing you know, First Comrades Clinton and Obama will win the Olympics.
So, Mickey Obama is a getting an award because she knows how to read?
Just wait: with the proper confidence level in the next year or so, he will record a Hip Hop Album with some non-entity he thinks is an “artist”.
I think its just an affirmative action award so its okay whitey.
I’m surprised I tells ya.
As surprised as I was when Barack Obama and Al “Crazed Sex Poodle” Gore Jr.and Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton and Jesse Jackass and Jimmy Carter and Maya Angelou and Jon Stewart and Al Franken won Grammys.

These Libs actually believe this BS that Michelle Obama got this based on talent.
The Grammys and every other venue of public approval are now seen as another place where our Political Idiots and Pretenders can be sold to the public. It’s all designed for the purposes of creating the artificial buzz of “he/she’s
been nominated for/won a Grammy/Oscar/Pulitzer/Nobel Prize”.
We live in an ass-kissing world of incestuous self-dealers.
And the Grammy in the Worldwidest Ass Category goes to...
You mean Me-Chelle did not get a Grammy nomination for best grunt for a sasquatch?
Barack Obama won a Grammmy in 2006 and again in 2008. No political influence from Hollywood. Nope, nada.
If there WAS Socialist influence in Hollywood, we certainly would’ve heard of it before now.
