Daily Mail long title:
Australian children to be banned from blowing out candles on birthday cakes together because they might spread germs
The Land Down Under goes Germophobe (bacillophobe, properly, IIRC). This will prevent their childrens immune systems from developing, and make them
more prone to illness.

I clicked on the article to make sure this wasn’t satire.
Absolute insanity.

Every time I read something like this I’m glad I’m at end of my life instead of just starting out.
The world has gone mad.

Great....so the kids will never fully develop their immune systems, and therefore when they grow up, they’ll constantly be sick.
The immune system is like a muscle, use it, or lose it.

Remind me how long we humans have been blowing out candles on birthday cakes? At this point, the Lord just needs to come back now. What is he waiting for?

From England's shore to Aussiland coming soon to the US. Oh, wait ...it's arriving ....
I wonder if they'll have to register b'day parties and have the cake police show up to monitor the situation. Of course they're not following people around the cities seeing who's breathing on whom ....

Underdeveloped immune systems will be a scourge in the future. Today’s kids, city kids in particular, don’t have anywhere near the resistance to infection earlier generations have.
