If you like what you've seen so far from RIM BlackBerry's big launch event today, then you might want to know when you can get it? Those in the US might have hoped the rumors weren't true, but indeed, you will have to wait until March before you can get your hands on BlackBerry 10. Though when it does land, customers of AT&T, Verizon, Sprint (only Q10 confirmed) and T-Mobile (Z10 confirmed) will all be able to get onboard. BlackBerry's giving its home turf a little bit of a head start with a February 5th release date and Bell, Rogers, Koodo, Telus and Virgin Mobile confirmed as carrying. But -- as had already been hinted at -- it's the UK that gets the goods first, with the Z10 and Q10 both available starting tomorrow on all the major carriers. US pricing will depend on each operator, but expect to pay around $200.

let's start with this,...I'll add other items as I can dig them out.:
From Anandtech: BlackBerry 10 Announcement: Live Blog

From the comments:
They do have a live stream for the event http://tremolo.edgesuite.net/blackberry_experience...
There is a model with the keyboard .
All I know is that I’ve won over $100M in fake money playing Texas Hold ‘Em on my Blackberry. So, in a way I’m a smartphone bigshot without having to buy an Iphone!
The Q10 has the keyboard.
They showed some pretty zippy stuff....I could get excited about the ..Story maker....(I think that was the name ....on the Streaming presentation....)
Now Sailfish is now Jolla Sailfish ,,,,and it came from MeeGo!!!
Which was spawned by Intel and Nokia.....
IF THIS IS THE NEW OS....MAN How the world TURNS.
RIM to ditch keyboards for new BlackBerry 10 OS phones
But of course they didn't.
Based on the Video linked at #9,...Jolla Sailfish is used by Blackberry but may show up on other smartphone makers....(the video says that )
Are you interested in using Jolla's Sailfish OS?
*************************************EXCERPT**************************************
Sailfish is a great idea, and the execution is going very well so far, based on the demonstrations that weve seen on video. But is that going to be enough in 2013? It will really depend on BlackBerry 10, on what Google has in store for a major update to Android, and whether or not Apple revamps iOS in the way that everyone believes they should. Will there be any room for Sailfish? I hope so, because Id like to see some people using it out on the streets next year.
*************************************EXCERPT***********************************
Sailfish is a Linux-based mobile operating system developed by Jolla for use in its upcoming smartphones and intended for more than mobile devices. It is based on MeeGo and Mer.
How does it work
The Sailfish SDK consists of QtCreator, a virtualised Mer Platform SDK and Sailfish components.
Code is developed in Qt-Creator on the host device; then, through shared storage, the code is passed to the virtualised Mer SDK where it compiles inside the Virtual Machine.

Following the official unveiling of its new Sailfish mobile operating system, Jolla detailed the Sailfish SDK today, offering more info on what developers need to know on the building of applications for the new platform.
Jollas Sailfish OS has been built on top of Mer project and Qt, while the modern interface it proposes to users was built with QML and QtQuick, designed to offer support for the standard QtMobility APIs.
Talks about the OS also.

The latest BlackBerry smartphones announced.

***************************************EXCERPT***************************************
Nothing announced or demo-ed today in New York by CEO Thornsten Heins and his team suggested this was a company looking to upend a market it once helped create.
Yes, BlackBerry, the company formally known as RIM, demonstrated today that it can still build a quality device, and Alicia Keyes proved that shes equally classy as she is drop-dead gorgeous. Yet BlackBerry forgot to bring something critical to todays global party.
Granted, the Z10 is a slick looking smartphone. At $199 (on Verizon) its priced competitively. Theres plenty of apps at launch. Head of developer relations Alec Saunders said that the new BlackBerry World store features the largest catalog of apps for a first-generation mobile platform. And theres some solid features (Flow, Peak, Hub) in the new touch-based BlackBerry 10 operating system. Clearly the company has its eyes set on Apple (iOS) and Google (Android).
But theres one glaring omission:
Innovation.
