Stephen King: NRA Should 'Clean Up Blood, Brains and Chunks of Intestine' After Next Massacre
NewsBusters ^ | January 26, 2013 | Noel Sheppard

"One only wishes Wayne LaPierre and his NRA board of directors could be drafted to some of these [violent] scenes, where they would be required to put on booties and rubber gloves and help clean up the blood, the brains, and the chunks of intestine still containing the poor wads of half-digested food that were some innocent bystander’s last meal."

So wrote horror writer Stephen King in a Kindle essay Friday entitled "Guns."

"Plenty of gun advocates cling to their semi-automatics the way Amy Winehouse and Michael Jackson clung to the shit that was killing them," King wrote in his 25-page essay.

A good guy with a gun didn’t kill 20 children and 7 adults at Sandy Hook. He wasn’t even there.

Stephen King of Welfare Maine - the state that lives off the rest of the country? You are going to tell the rest of us what we need to do? Just take the money and shut up.

I read it last night.

It left me feeling nauseous and slimy.

The conscience of the King is gnawing like a starving rat.

I have always found Stephen King to have the appearance of a man who has masturbated way, way too much.

Many of us have been in the military, some of us have been in Fire Departments and Rescue Squads, Some work in hospitals.

We have cleaned up blood, gore, brains, before Mr. King, cleaned Urine and sh*t too, What have you ever done Mr. King?

I looked in your biography and didn’t see where you ever served I didn’t see where you did anything other than write about Gore and Blood or see it used as make-up. I can tell you it is different when you get your hands dirty, and many of us have.

STEPHEN KING IS ONE THE LIBERALS RUNNING YOUR COUNTRY

Think about that while you're job hunting.

And also consider: King is demanding higher taxes even as he moved to Florida (a low tax land) from Maine (a land of 1000 taxes).

Stephen King should practice holding his mouth in a way that didn’t make normal people throw up just to look at him. My guess is he won’t.

And pro-aborts should have to help clean up at Planned Parenthoods at the end of a long day.

Okay Steven, we’ll do that when you force Planned Parenthood to do the same every time a baby is pulled apart from the womb. You can pick up the bloody parts of the most helpless of human life, those who never got the chance to put anything in their stomach.

Deflection. He wants to keep the gun control wackos focused on guns while he writes his bizarre crap. Actually I like some of his sick stuff but I have some unusual tastes sometimes. :-) But his politics and ethics suck.

Here is one of Stephen King’s statements off wiki bashing the military

“... A controversy emerged on May 5, 2008, when a conservative blogger posted a clip of King at a Library of Congress reading event. King, talking to high-school students, had said: “If you can read, you can walk into a job later on. If you don’t, then you’ve got the Army, Iraq, I don’t know, something like that.””

Stephen King, horror writer, has much more to do with massacres than anything the NRA ever did. The NRA has prevented genocides and will help preserve the Republic.

FUBO! And your lame defenders.

There’s something really wrong with the guy. If you pick up one of his more recent books, you can’t get past the first chapter without some kind of anti-Bush, pro-Obama remark. In one of them, a sympathetic character had a portrait of Obama on the wall.

Liberals get meaner and crazier as they age.

Perhaps Mr. King should spend a few days working at a Planned Parenthood clinic if he really wants a taste of blood and intestines. 336,000 per year. Hypocrite.

Dear Mr. King,

The NRA isn’t welcome in schools. Actually most schools want to have as little to do with the NRA as possible, even going to the lengths of prohibiting the Eddie Eagle message from being told there.

You’ll have to think of somebody else.

Somebody who might have had something to do with the massacres. Like, say, the authors of the “Safe Schools Act.”

Sincerely,
Coloradan

Not just any old violent images either. This is the man who wrote a novel with a young school shooter as the protagonist, years before it caught on as a national craze:

“Rage (originally titled Getting It On) is the first novel by Stephen King published under the pseudonym Richard Bachman in 1977.

...

Charlie Decker, a Maine high school senior, is called to a meeting with his principal over a previous incident in which Decker attacked his chemistry teacher with a heavy wrench. For unknown reasons, Charlie subjects the principal to a series of insulting remarks, resulting in his expulsion. Charlie storms out of the office and retrieves a pistol from his locker, setting its contents on fire. He then returns to his classroom and fatally shoots his Algebra teacher. The fire triggers an alarm, but Charlie forces his classmates to stay in the classroom, killing another teacher when he enters. As the students and teachers evacuate the school, police and media arrive at the scene.

...

The novel’s plot vaguely resembles actual events that have transpired since the book’s publication, to a degree that the author is no longer comfortable with the book being in print for fear that it may inspire similar occurrences (”[Rage is] now out of print.”[1]) as it had already been associated with incidents of high school shootings and hostage takings”

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rage_%28Stephen_King_novel%29

Several actual school shooters were discovered to have had copies of the book or were known to have been fans of it. So, maybe King has a guilty conscience, since the shootings haven’t stopped even though he stopped printing his book that may have inspired the phenomenon.
