Can anyone translate the foreign language part of this?
The comments on youtube say it’s a Japanese reporter.
That dude looked like a Russian commando.. This entire incident was very ‘Beslan-esque’ in you ask me.
It doesn’t sound like Japanese to me.
I think it sounds Korean.
It’s Japanese. The Japanese reporter says “...gun incident at the elementary school. The police are strongly...”

If this operation had been a Russian operation, in some way, it’s likely that the soldiers would have been ordered to keep their mouths shut. The authorities would have been completely organized before going out.
What impressed me more than the foreign language is how calm the father is. If that were me, I wouldn’t even be able to speak not knowing what was going on.
Even smiles when he says preschool. What is going on?
What better way to prevent disclosure of a conspiracy than to use an elite foreign squad. My mind is open on this one. Anything that happens smack dab in between an election and an inauguration is suspicious to me.. And all the talk of 0bama’s “second term gun grab” BEFOREHAND.. Just a few days before Christmas, no less.. And in a town called ‘NEWtown’ (maximum psy op name).. Sleepy town.. Survivalist mom.. Prepper.. Loved guns.. Home schooled son.. ‘Crazy young white male’.. You can’t make this stuff up!!!
I would never deny the possibility that the authorities would use Russian troops, if this were some sort of secret operation in prepartion of taking over America.
However, why wouldn’t one of the major orders be to keep the soldiers mouth shut to prevent any possibile suspicion over it?
It is japanese. Twice I distinctly heard the work “ima” which means “now” in english. My playback was faint with the foreign language being very faint. May be my ‘puter.
